Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to NestoraMart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help you exchange it or process a refund quickly and smoothly.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must notify us within 10 days of receiving your package.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Direct Product Exchange (Fastest Process)

If you receive a defective item, wrong size, or wrong product:

  • Rider Exchange: Once approved, our courier partner will deliver your replacement product right to your doorstep and collect the return item from you at the same time.

  • If the exchange is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product sent), we will cover all delivery charges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind or personal preference (e.g., selecting a different style or color), a nominal delivery fee for the exchange will apply.

3. Refunds

Since orders are processed via Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account within 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

  • Non-Refundable: Shipping fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Used or washed items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Final sale or clearance items (unless delivered damaged).
