SHIPPING POLICY

At Nestora Mart, we are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan! We aim to make your shopping experience seamless, fast, and completely hassle-free.

1. Free Delivery Policy

  • 100% Free Shipping: There are zero hidden delivery fees or shipping charges at checkout.

  • Free delivery applies to all products delivered anywhere within Pakistan.

2. Order Processing & Verification

  • All orders placed before 4:00 PM (PKT) Monday through Saturday are processed for dispatch on the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Since we use Cash on Delivery (COD), our team may verify your order via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call prior to dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Timings

We partner with reliable local courier services to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan / Remote Areas: 4 to 6 business days.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally face minor delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or holiday rushes).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s tracking portal to view the status of your delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

  • Please make sure your contact number and address details are complete and accurate when placing your order.

  • The courier rider will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.

  • Please keep the exact order amount ready in cash to hand over to the delivery agent upon receiving your parcel.

6. Damaged or Untampered Parcels

If your package appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
